Konstantinos Schmid holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Munich Polytechnicum. He has worked as a Marketing Manager for Henkel (1987) in Austria and for Knorr Bestfoods (1991) in Greece, until he moved in 1997 to Mercedes Benz Hellas as Head of Customer Service department and member of the Management Board. He has founded PRO-TARGET in 2000 and is specialized in marketing, strategy and customer service.

Constantin Areteos holds an MBA in Marketing from City University Business School in London and a B.Sc. from ASOEE, Athens. After working in marketing positions in the US and France for 2 years, his career developed in Unilever where he held various positions in Marketing and Sales, and worked as Strategy Analyst at Unilever Corporate HQ in London. Upon his return in Greece, he moved to Minerva Edible Oils as Marketing Manager, and then to SONY Hellas as Marketing Director. In 1999 he started a consultancy firm providing business improvement by training people in management and sales skills. Constantin is a partner of PRO-TARGET, specializing in Marketing, Sales and Training.
